1. Luxembourg is a quite expensive country and even most airline companies offer pricey tickets. We would suggest you to take a flight to Brussels and then take a 3 hour train ride to Luxembourg. Three hours might seem quite a long time to be spent in the train but the route is particularly beautiful and you'll save some money.
